An introduction to the barbell, whether you have never touched a barbell before or you want to hone your skill and technique. 

A sessions will cover the barbell and some fundamental movements and incorporate a workout with a range of equipment.

You will cover the:
- The Overhead Press
- The Back squat
- The Deadlift
- The Front squat
- The Bentover row

We will also cover mobility drills and stretches to maximise your capabilities.

You can get access to the sessions using your Get Fit Group Training pass or you can pay as you go for £9 per session.
