The Get Training - Reset programme is designed for anyone who wants to get back in the gym or wants an introduction to weight training. It’s designed so that you can walk into a gym and get going or if you have equipment at home you can focus and get to work.

Slam ball or kettlebell
Somewhere to hang
Cardio equipment (or just walk/run outside)
